Milk thistle seeds – how to prepare an infusion from them or what can they be used for?

Milk thistle seeds can be used to make a stand-alone infusion or added in small amounts to tea, yerba mate or a blend of herbs. To prepare the infusion, pour about 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of thistle seeds. Allow the infusion to infuse covered for about 10-15 minutes. The ground seeds can also be added to yoghurt or salad.
